Smoky Molasses Rub
Hand-blended from granulated molasses, demerara sugar, orange, smoked Hickory salt, garlic, onion, chipotle, paprika and red bell pepper.
This smoky, sweet-heat rub had a depth of flavor that can be used on chicken, beef and pork. It makes a great tenderizer and when grilled it will seal in the juiciness of the meat as the molasses and sugar caramelize to form a crust on the meat. For a flavor twist, sprinkle it over popcorn, or on roasted vegetables.
