Ingredients:

1 lb. chicken wings (cut off wing tips)

1 Tablespoon Olive Lucy Chipotle Olive Oil

1/2 cup Olive Lucy Raspberry Balsamic Vinegar

1/2 cup diced onions

2 teaspoons minced garlic

3/4 cup sugar

1/2 teaspoon salt

 

Directions:

Heat oil in medium saucepan, over medium-high heat. Add onions and cook for 4 minutes, stirring constantly. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute. Add Raspberry Balsamic and stir to deglaze the pan. Incorporate sugar and salt and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium and simmer 10 minutes until thickened. Set aside. Bake chicken wings at 375 (or grill over medium-high heat) for 25 minutes. Remove from oven and generously brush with sauce, reserving some sauce for dipping. Reduce heat to 300 degrees and bake an additional 30-35 minutes, basting after 15 minutes. Remove from oven and serve with reserved sauce.
