Ingredients:

1 tablespoon Olive Lucy Basil Olive Oil

¼ onion, finely diced

2 cloves garlic, chopped

½ cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped

½ cup fresh parsley, chopped

2 lbs. ground turkey or chicken

6 whole-wheat or multigrain buns

 

Directions:

Sauté onions and garlic in Basil Olive Oil until translucent, 4-6 minutes. Add tomatoes and parsley, stirring until incorporated. Remove from heat. Chill thoroughly in refrigerator. Fold mixture into ground turkey. Form 6 patties and refrigerate until ready to cook. Grill, broil, or pan fry until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees. Serve on buns.
