Ingredients:

3 cups fresh chopped tomatoes

1 chopped green bell pepper

1 cup sweet onion diced

¼ cup minced fresh cilantro

2 TBSP Olive Lucy Jalapeno White Balsamic Vinegar

3 teaspoons Olive Lucy Persian Lime Olive Oil

Sea salt and fresh ground pepper to taste

 

Directions:

In a large bowl, mix the tomatoes, green bell pepper, onion, cilantro, Jalapeno White Balsamic Vinegar, Persian Lime Olive Oil, salt and pepper together. Let sit for 15 min so the flavors blend a little. Serve with tortilla chips, over a baked potato, or over a piece of chicken or white fish.
