3 cups fresh chopped tomatoes
1 chopped green bell pepper
1 cup sweet onion diced
¼ cup minced fresh cilantro
2 TBSP Olive Lucy Key Lime Balsamic
3 teaspoons Olive Lucy Baklouti Green Chili Olive Oil
Sea salt and fresh ground pepper to taste
In a large bowl, mix the tomatoes, green bell pepper, onion, cilantro, Key Lime Balsamic, Baklouit Green Chili Olive Oil, salt and pepper together. Let sit for 15 min so the flavors blend a little. Serve with tortilla chips, over a baked potato, or over a piece of chicken or white fish.
